Registration Fees & Deadlines

All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. If you have any registration question, please deliver them to registration@unet-conf.org.

Note 1: Registration fees include a complimentary registration to the IEEE 5G Summit Casablanca!

Note 2: For Moroccan Authors/Participants, please use the following rate 1€ = 11MAD.

Each paper must be covered by a Regular registration. Each Regular registration covers up to two papers.

Regular Registration fees include the participation to the technical sessions, special sessions, tutorials, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet. Additional tickets for the banquet could be purchased onsite during the conference.

Student Registration (for non-author students) fees include the participation to the technical sessions, special sessions, tutorials, proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks. Banquet tickets could be purchased at €50 or onsite during the conference.

Overlength papers: Authors with overlength papers (more than 12 LNCS formatted pages) have to pay additional charges of 50€ (550MAD) for each additional page, up to 14 pages (figures, tables, references and appendices included).

Please note that only a limited number of registrations at discounted rate are available, thus a First-In-First-Served fashion applies.

Registration Method & Accepted Payment

• Registration fees should be paid by a bank transfer for MOBITIC Association.
• Please don’t forget to add UNet 2017 as a transaction label for your bank transfer.
• Registration form is to be downloaded from this link.
• Please scan the filled and signed form, and the bank transfer confirmation bill and send them to registration@unet-conf.org (Full-time students should send a proof of their full-time student status).
